What should owners prepare?

• Current pet names, ages, behavior, routines, and medication details.
• Feeding, walking, potty, sleep, and home-access instructions.
• Emergency contacts and any safety or aggression concerns.
• Questions about the schedule, communication, and care expectations.

Are the dates held while approval is pending?

Yes. After the deposit is paid and the booking enters pending meet-and-greet status, every date in that booking is unavailable to overlapping requests. The dates remain held until the booking is approved, declined, or canceled.

Future bookings

After a meet-and-greet has been completed and approved, a returning client's future bookings may skip the first-client requirement unless Ryan determines that another review is needed.
