Before a booking, provide the medication name, exact amount, timing, administration method, storage instructions, what has already been given, relevant pet behavior, and current veterinary and emergency contacts. Never change a veterinary treatment plan based on a general website guide.

  • Medication name and the exact label directions supplied for the pet.
  • Amount, time, frequency, administration method, and storage requirements.
  • Whether it should be given with food and how the pet normally accepts it.
  • Any handling difficulty, hiding, guarding, or bite risk.
  • What to do if a dose is refused, vomited, spilled, or appears to have been missed—based on instructions from the owner or veterinarian.
  • Current owner, emergency-contact, and veterinary phone information.
